- Attraction Accessibility
Many of the Disney World transportation systems are accessible to guest with disabilities.
All of the bus routes utilize buses that can accommodate wheelchairs that meet the following criteria: The wheelchair must fit in the wheelchair lift space of 32"x40" without being forced and it must be fastened by the wheelchair restraints
Disney watercraft access may vary depending on the type of boat and the water level/conditions. Dock host/hostesses can advise if a wheelchair can be utilized.
The Disney Monorails are wheelchair accessible.
Guests may bring their own wheelchairs/ECV's or rent them.
-If an ECV/wheelchair from the Magic Kingdom is not available, a guest can be waitlisted by providing their cell phone number. (If the guest does not have a cell phone, they can ask any Cast Member for access to a house phone.) If one becomes available, they can pick it up at the main entrance rental location-

Within the Disney theme parks, access varies from one attraction to another. The Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities which is available at Guest relations is the best resource. Both the guide and park maps use symbols in advising what is required in order to visit that attraction. Please not that where guests are required to transfer from a wheelchair that they must either do this on their own or have a companion assist them. Disney Cast Members are not permitted to physically assist in a transfer.
At some Disney attractions an auxiliary entrance is used for guests in wheelchairs or with service animals. These entrances are not designed to bypass the regular line. The guest and up to 5 companions may use these entrances. The rest of the party will use the regular line.
At all Disney theme parks, special areas along parade routes and at the shows are designated for guests in wheelchairs. These areas can fill up quickly, and if there are more than 6 people in your party you may be required to split up and reunite after the performance. For specific locations of special viewing areas, consult the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities (available at all Guest Service locations), or speak to any cast member inside the parks.
Disney has made the entrances to many of the attractions wheelchair accessible through the regular queue. In some cases, this is not possible and an attraction may have different boarding procedures. The Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities available at Guest Relations and the Disney guide maps utilize symbols to advise guests of the requirements. The following attractions have mainstream queues.
