The Heart of Florida United Way Chef’s Gala is celebrating its 25th year with an evening full of exquisite cuisine and thoughtfully paired fine wines. This special dining event held at Epcot‘s World Showplace will feature over twenty of Central Florida’s Chefs from a list of top-notch restaurants to include the following:
Artist Point, California Grill, Jiko – The Cooking Place, Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen, Le Cellier Steakhouse, Narcoossee’s, Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, STK Orlando, Tiffins, Todd English’s bluezoo, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Amorette’s Patisserie, Disney’s Yacht & Beach Bakery, and Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co.
Guests of the Gala will enjoy live music, a silent auction, and more. According to the Orlando Sentinel, “donations and silent auction bids will go to sixty programs at forty United Way partner agencies.”
The event takes place on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 6:45 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Tickets are $275 when purchased individually, $500 for two tickets, and $2,500 for a corporate package that includes ten individual tickets. The most terrific part about this event is that ninety-five cents on every dollar will go to the local branch of the United Way who will distribute the funds to local non-profit organizations. Visit hfuw.org for more information and to purchase tickets.
