UPDATE 2/16/07 - The State Attorneys Ofice in Florida WILL NOT be pressing charges against the cast member. The worker has been suspended until the investigation is over.

There is a home video of a costumed Tigger character apparently punching a boy in the face and knocking him back at a Walt Disney World theme park. The boy claims that Tigger hit him hard. Do you think this was intentional? Was the boy provoking Tigger? Is the family blowing this out of proportion? Should the family seek damages?
